4-I guide
This ayah swears by the night when it grows calm and still.
Start with bismillah.
Turn off every sound in the house for one minute. Ask: "How did the quiet feel?"
Watch the SciShow Kids video about why we need sleep.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What is the night like in this ayah?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What happens to my body while I sleep?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ad-Duha is surah 93. Find ayah 2. The key word saja means calm and still, when everything settles down.
Fact: How many hours of sleep do children your age need?
Ages 5–8: Sleep chart. Draw a moon on each night you go to bed on time this week, and a sun when you wake.
Ages 9–12: Sleep log. Record what time you fall asleep and wake for a week. Work out your average. Is it enough?
Finish with: "I found that children my age need about ___ hours of sleep."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will get ready for bed by ___."
Action: Keep your bedtime plan and fill in your chart.
