Start with bismillah.

Ask: "Imagine walking through a hot desert for days. Then you see palm trees and water. How would you feel?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What do the believers who do good receive?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What will Jannah be like?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Buruj is surah 85. Find ayah 11. The key words al-fawz al-kabir mean the great success. Jannah is far more beautiful than anything we can imagine; an oasis is only a tiny hint.

Fact: Where does the water in a desert oasis come from?

Ages 5–8: Oasis box. Make a desert in a shoebox with sand, then add a "pool" (a lid of water) and paper palm trees.

Ages 9–12: Real oases. Find three famous oases in the world. How do people and animals depend on them?

Finish with: "I found that oasis water comes from ___."

Talk together:

• After the hard ayat before, how does this good news feel?
• Which name of Allah does this remind you of?
• What does "the great success" mean to you?
• Which good deeds can we do on the way to Jannah, in sha Allah?
• What would you most like to ask about Jannah?

Make a small plan: "This week, I will do one good deed every day and ask Allah for Jannah."

• Make dua for Jannah for your whole family.
• Show someone your oasis box.
• Do one extra good deed each day.
