Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What does 'never ending' really mean?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Inshiqaq is surah 84. Find ayah 25, the last one. The key words ajrun ghayru mamnun mean a reward that is never cut off. Some springs flow for thousands of years; Allah's reward lasts forever.

Fact: Where does the water in a natural spring come from?

Ages 5–8: Spring model. Fill a sponge with water and press it gently. The water comes out like a spring from the ground!

Ages 9–12: Underground water. Find out what an aquifer is. Draw how rainwater soaks in and comes out at a spring.

Finish with: "I found that springs get their water from ___."

• A spring keeps flowing. How is Allah's reward even better?
• Which name of Allah does this remind you of?
• Which two things does this ayah say bring the reward?
• What good deed would you like to keep doing forever?
• What did you learn from the whole of Surah Al-Inshiqaq?

Make a small plan: "This week, I will start one good habit I want to keep for life: ___."

• Recite Surah Al-Inshiqaq with someone at home.
