4-I guide
By the Book that makes everything clear.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What makes a book easy to understand?"
Watch the Zill Noorain Kids episode What is Quran.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What does Allah swear by?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why does Allah swear by the Quran?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ad-Dukhan is surah 44. Find ayah 2. The key words al-kitab al-mubin mean the clear Book. Allah begins by swearing an oath by the Quran itself, showing how important it is. The Quran is clear: it explains right and wrong, tells true stories and answers big questions.
Fact: What is an oath?
Ages 5–8: Clear or muddy. Compare a glass of clear water with muddy water, and talk about which helps you see.
Ages 9–12: Clear answers. Write one big question and an ayah that helps answer it.
Finish with: "I found that an oath is ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will read the translation of one short surah."
Action: Read the translation of one short surah.
