4-I guide
This ayah describes the horses rushing forward at dawn, in the early morning.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Who in your family wakes up first? What is the world like very early in the morning?"
Watch the National Geographic video of Icelandic horses running free in the mountains (it has background music).
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "At what time of day does this ayah describe?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why is the early morning special?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-'Adiyat is surah 100. Find ayah 3. Which word in the translation tells you the time of day?
Fact: What time is Fajr and what time is sunrise where you live this week?
Ages 5–8: Morning chart. Each day this week, draw a sun if you woke up for Fajr. Count your suns on Friday.
Ages 9–12: Morning study. Do the same small task (read a page, solve five sums) early in the morning and late at night. When did it feel easier?
Finish with: "I found that early in the morning I feel ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will wake up at ___ and do ___ before school."
Action: Stick with your plan for seven days.
