4-I guide
This ayah continues Allah's oath: by Mount Sinai.
Start with bismillah.
Pile up cushions to make a mountain. Ask: "What makes a mountain so tall and strong?"
Watch the TED-Ed video about why Mount Everest is so tall.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Which mountain does Allah swear by?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why does Allah swear by a mountain?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah At-Tin is surah 95, and it has eight ayat. Find ayah 2. The key words Tur Sinin mean Mount Sinai. Many scholars explain that this is where Allah spoke to Prophet Musa (peace be upon him). Ask your teacher to tell you more.
Fact: How do mountains keep growing taller?
Ages 5–8: Paper mountains. Push two piles of tea towels slowly together on a table. Watch the "mountains" rise in the middle.
Ages 9–12: Mountain heights. Find the heights of Mount Sinai, Mount Everest and the highest hill near you. Draw them to scale.
Finish with: "I found that mountains grow when ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will learn one story about Prophet Musa (peace be upon him) from ___."
Action: Show someone your tea-towel mountains.
