Juz 10 · Page 194إِنَّمَا يَسْتَـْٔذِنُكَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْءَاخِرِ وَٱرْتَابَتْ قُلُوبُهُمْ فَهُمْ فِى رَيْبِهِمْ يَتَرَدَّدُونَ
How to read it
'Innamā yas'ta''dhinuka -lladhīna lā yu''minūna bi-llahi wal-yaw'mi l-'ākhiri wa-r'tābat' qulūbuhum' fahum' fī ray'bihim' yataraddadūna
Only those ask thee for exemption who believe not in Allah and the Last Day, and whose hearts are in doubt, so that they are tossed in their doubts to and fro.
