4-I guide
This ayah begins the good news: O soul that is at peace!
Start with bismillah.
Close your eyes, breathe slowly and say "Allah" softly three times. Ask: "How does your heart feel?"
Watch the famous video of two sea otters holding hands as they float and rest.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who is Allah speaking to in this ayah?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can my soul be at peace?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Fajr is surah 89. Find ayah 27. The key words an-nafs al-mutma'innah mean the soul at peace, calm and settled.
Fact: Why do sea otters hold hands when they sleep?
Ages 5–8: Calm corner. Make a calm corner at home with a cushion and a mushaf. Sit there for two quiet minutes each day.
Ages 9–12: Peace list. Write five things that bring your heart peace. Which ones are about remembering Allah?
Finish with: "I found that sea otters hold hands so that ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will spend two quiet minutes with Allah every day by ___."
Action: Use your calm corner every day.
