4-I guide
Allah is the One who created, and then shaped each thing in the right proportion.
Start with bismillah.
Look at a snail shell or a picture of one. Ask: "Do you see how the spiral grows bigger and bigger, but keeps its shape?"
Watch the short video about the nautilus shell and its spiral.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What two things did Allah do?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why is every creature the right shape for its life?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-A'la is surah 87. Find ayah 2. The key words khalaqa fa-sawwa mean He created, then made it well-balanced. Allah doesn't just make things; He makes them fit and in proportion.
Fact: Why does a nautilus add new chambers as it grows?
Ages 5–8: Spiral draw. Draw a small square, then bigger ones around it, and join the corners with a curve. You've made a growing spiral!
Ages 9–12: Proportion check. Measure your arm span and your height. Are they close? Test with family members.
Finish with: "I found that a nautilus ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will keep a balanced day with time for ___, ___ and ___."
Action: Plan one balanced day.
