4-I guide
He is the One who created you, shaped you and made you well-balanced.
Start with bismillah.
Stand on one leg with your eyes open, then closed. Ask: "Which was harder? Why?"
Watch the AumSum video "How do ears help with balancing?".
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What three things did Allah do for you?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How does my body keep its balance?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Infitar is surah 82. Find ayah 7. The key words khalaqaka fa-sawwaka fa-'adalak mean He created you, shaped you and balanced you. Every part of you is in the right place.
Fact: Which part of the ear helps us balance?
Ages 5–8: Flamingo test. Time how long you can stand on one leg. Can you beat a flamingo?
Ages 9–12: Balance team. Find out how your eyes, ears and muscles work together to keep you balanced.
Finish with: "I found that the part of the ear that helps balance is ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will thank Allah for one part of my body each morning."
Action: Thank Allah for one part of your body each morning.
