4-I guide
No, people have not yet done what Allah commanded them.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What happens to a spider's web when it gets damaged? Does the spider give up?"
Watch BBC Earth's time-lapse of a spider building its web.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What have people not yet done?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What has Allah asked me to do?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah 'Abasa is surah 80. Find ayah 23. The key words lamma yaqdi ma amarah mean he has not yet done what He commanded. There is always more good to do while we are alive.
Fact: How long does it take a spider to build a whole web?
Ages 5–8: Web weave. Weave a web with string between chair legs. Can you make it strong?
Ages 9–12: Web jobs. Find out why some spiders rebuild their web every single day.
Finish with: "I found that a spider builds its web in about ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will finish one thing I've been putting off."
Action: Finish one thing you've been putting off.
