4-I guide
Allah created him from a small drop and then shaped him in the right proportions.
Start with bismillah.
Look at a baby photo of yourself and measure how tall you are now. Ask: "How did you grow so much?"
Watch the BBC video about how long bones grow.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What two things did Allah do?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Who decided how tall I would be?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah 'Abasa is surah 80. Find ayah 19. The key word qaddarah means He measured him out, gave him the right proportions. Allah began each of us tiny and shaped us just right. (Parents can explain more when children are ready.)
Fact: Where in a bone does growing happen?
Ages 5–8: Height chart. Mark your height on a chart. Add a note to check again in six months.
Ages 9–12: Bone growth. Find out what growth plates are and when they stop growing.
Finish with: "I found that bones grow longer at ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will eat well, sleep well and thank Allah for growing."
Action: Eat well, sleep well and thank Allah for growing.
