4-I guide
From what did Allah create him?
Start with bismillah.
Pick up a handful of soil. Ask: "Did you know our bodies are made of some of the same things as the earth?"
Watch the short video about the elements in the human body.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What question does Allah ask?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What am I made of?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah 'Abasa is surah 80. Find ayah 18. The key words min ayyi shay'in khalaqah mean "from what thing did He create him?" Allah asks so we remember our humble beginnings and don't become proud.
Fact: Which elements are found both in our bodies and in the soil?
Ages 5–8: Soil look. Look at soil with a magnifier. Draw the different bits you see.
Ages 9–12: Body elements. Find the four most common elements in the human body.
Finish with: "I found that our bodies contain ___, just like the earth."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will be humble and not show off."
Action: Be humble and not show off.
