4-I guide
That is a Day on which they will not be able to speak.
Start with bismillah.
Put your fingers gently on your throat and hum. Ask: "What can you feel?"
Watch the NIH video How Does the Human Body Produce Voice and Speech?
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What can't they do on that Day?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why will they not be able to speak?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Mursalat is surah 77. Find ayah 35. The key words la yantiqun mean they will not speak. Our voice is a gift we use every day without thinking. On that Day, the deniers will have nothing to say.
Fact: How do vocal cords make sound?
Ages 5–8: Rubber band voice. Stretch a rubber band and pluck it. Stretch it more. How does the sound change?
Ages 9–12: Voice map. Draw the path air takes from your lungs to your mouth when you speak.
Finish with: "I found that our voice is made when ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will use my voice to say one kind thing to each person at home."
Action: Say a kind word to everyone at home.
