And what will make you truly understand what the Day of Decision is?
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Is there anything real that we can't see at all?"
Watch the National Science Foundation video What is Dark Matter?
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What question does the ayah ask?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How much don't we know yet?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Mursalat is surah 77. Find ayah 14. The key words wa ma adraka mean "and what will make you know?" This question tells us the Day is greater than anything we can imagine. Only Allah truly knows it.
Fact: What do scientists think dark matter is, and how do they know it's there?
Ages 5–8: Mystery box. Put an object in a box. Guess what it is by shaking and listening only.
Ages 9–12: Unseen but real. List five things that are real but invisible, like air or gravity. How do we know they exist?
Finish with: "I found that scientists know dark matter is there because ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, when I don't know something, I will say so and find out."
Action: This week, when you don't know something, say so and find out.
