Indeed, Allah is able to restore even the tips of their fingers exactly.
Start with bismillah.
Close your eyes and feel a coin, a leaf and a key with your fingertips. Ask: "Could you tell them apart?"
Watch the MinuteEarth video Why Are Your Fingerprints Unique? (It has music.)
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Which small part of us is mentioned?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why did Allah mention fingertips?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Qiyamah is surah 75. Find ayah 4. The key word bananah means fingertips. They are tiny, yet no two people's are the same. Allah can restore even these small details.
Fact: When do a baby's fingertip ridges form?
Ages 5–8: Feely bag. Put five objects in a bag. Guess each one using only your fingertips.
Ages 9–12: Touch map. With an adult, gently touch two pencil points on your fingertip, then on your arm. Where can you feel two points more easily?
Finish with: "I found that fingertip ridges form ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will use my hands to make something for someone."
Action: Use your hands to make something for someone.
