4-I guide
During the day you have long hours of busy work.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How many flowers do you think one bee visits in a day?"
Watch the A Day In Life video A Day in the Life of a Bee.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What is the day full of?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can I remember Allah when I'm busy?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Muzzammil is surah 73. Find ayah 7. The key words sabhan tawila mean long, busy hours. The Prophet had a busy day teaching and helping people. Bees work hard all day too, then rest. Night gives a quiet balance to a busy day.
Fact: How many flowers can a honeybee visit in one trip?
Ages 5–8: Busy chart. Draw your day as a clock. Colour busy times and quiet times.
Ages 9–12: Time audit. Track how you spend one day in 30-minute blocks. Where could you add dhikr?
Finish with: "I found that a bee can visit about ___ flowers in one trip."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will say subhanAllah while I walk between activities."
Action: Say subhanAllah while you walk between activities.
