There is also choking food and a painful punishment for those who deny.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What is your favourite fruit, and where does it grow?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What kind of food is mentioned?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How does Allah grow so many kinds of good food?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Muzzammil is surah 73. Find ayah 13. The key words ta'aman dha ghussah mean food that chokes. It is part of the warning to deniers. Allah warns of hard consequences for those who refuse Him. Instead, think of the good food Allah gives us every day, from rice to fruit at the market, and say Bismillah and Alhamdulillah with thanks.
Fact: How does a flower turn into a fruit?
Ages 5–8: Thank-you plate. Draw your lunch and label which plant each food came from.
Ages 9–12: Food from rain. Read Surah Abasa 80:24–32 together and list the foods Allah mentions there.
Finish with: "I found that fruit grows from ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will say bismillah before eating and alhamdulillah after."
Action: Say bismillah before eating and alhamdulillah after.

Check for food allergies before trying a new fruit.
