وَأَنَّا مِنَّا ٱلْمُسْلِمُونَ وَمِنَّا ٱلْقَٰسِطُونَ ۖ فَمَنْ أَسْلَمَ فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ تَحَرَّوْا۟ رَشَدًۭا
Wa 'annā minnā l-mus'limūna waminnā l-qāssiṭūna . faman' 'as'lama fa'ūlā'ika taḥarraw' rashadan
'Amongst us are some that submit their wills (to Allah), and some that swerve from justice. Now those who submit their wills - they have sought out (the path) of right conduct:

They said some of them submit to Allah and some turn from justice, and those who submit have sought the right way.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How do ants always find their way to food?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What have those who submit done?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can I search for the right way?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Jinn is surah 72. Find ayah 14. The key words al-muslimun and taharraw rashada mean those who submit, and they sought the right way. Ants work together and keep searching until they find a good path. Believers keep searching for what pleases Allah.
Fact: How do ants leave trails for other ants to follow?
Ages 5–8: Ant watch. Put a crumb near an ant trail. Watch how long it takes them to find it.
Ages 9–12: Team work. Find out how weaver ants build nests together.
Finish with: "I found that ants follow trails using ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will ask a teacher one question about how to please Allah."
