وَأَنَّا لَمَّا سَمِعْنَا ٱلْهُدَىٰٓ ءَامَنَّا بِهِۦ ۖ فَمَن يُؤْمِنۢ بِرَبِّهِۦ فَلَا يَخَافُ بَخْسًۭا وَلَا رَهَقًۭا
Wa 'annā lammā samiʻ'nā l-hudā 'āmannā bihī . faman yu''min[m] birabbihī falā yakhāfu bakh'san walā rahaqan
'And as for us, since we have listened to the Guidance, we have accepted it: and any who believes in his Lord has no fear, either of a short (account) or of any injustice.

When they heard the guidance they believed, and whoever believes in their Lord need not fear loss or unfairness.
Start with bismillah.
Cut an apple in half. Ask: "How do we make sure both halves are fair?"
Watch the Big Ideas for Little Humans video about fair and equal.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What don't believers need to fear?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why is Allah always fair?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Jinn is surah 72. Find ayah 13. The key words la yakhafu bakhsan wa la rahaqa mean he does not fear loss or unfairness. Allah never takes away even a tiny bit of our good deeds. He is completely fair.
Fact: How does a balance scale show if two things are equal?
Ages 5–8: Fair share. Share a snack fairly among your family. How did you make it fair?
Ages 9–12: Fair or equal? Write one example where fair isn't the same as equal.
Finish with: "I found that fair means ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will make sure I share fairly."
Action: Make sure you share fairly.
