4-I guide
And they made an enormous plot against him.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How does a pitcher plant trick insects into falling in?"
Watch the Dr. Binocs video Carnivorous Plants.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did they make?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why do people plot against good?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Nuh is surah 71. Find ayah 22. The key words makran kubbara mean a very great plot. The leaders schemed to stop people following Nuh. Some plants set clever traps, but Allah's plan is always greater than any plot.
Fact: How does a sundew catch insects?
Ages 5–8: Sticky trap. Touch a piece of tape. Why do sticky things trap small objects?
Ages 9–12: Plant traps. Compare how a pitcher plant, a sundew and a Venus flytrap catch food.
Finish with: "I found that a sundew catches insects by ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will make only kind plans."
Action: Make only kind plans.
