4-I guide
Allah created you in stages, one after another.
Start with bismillah.
Look at a photo of yourself as a baby. Ask: "How have you changed?"
Watch the Twinkl video The Life Cycle of a Human.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "How did Allah create us?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What stage will I grow into next?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Nuh is surah 71. Find ayah 14. The key words khalaqakum atwara mean He created you in stages. We grow from baby to toddler to child to adult. Bamboo and seedlings grow in stages too, each step planned by Allah.
Fact: How many centimetres do children grow each year, on average?
Ages 5–8: Growth line. Mark your height on a wall. Mark it again in three months.
Ages 9–12: Life stages. Draw the stages of a human life and one thing that changes at each.
Finish with: "I found that children grow about ___ a year."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will thank Allah for helping me grow."
Action: Thank Allah for helping you grow.
