Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Ma'arij is surah 70. Find ayah 42. The key words yakhudu wa yal'abu mean they chatter and play. Play is good for us, but some people spend their whole lives only playing and forget what matters.

Ages 5–8: Play balance. Draw a pie chart of your day: play, learning, helping, praying, sleep.

Ages 9–12: Screen diary. Track your screen time for three days. Is it balanced?
