فَلَمَّآ ءَاتَىٰهُمَا صَٰلِحًۭا جَعَلَا لَهُۥ شُرَكَآءَ فِيمَآ ءَاتَىٰهُمَا ۚ فَتَعَٰلَى ٱللَّهُ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ
Falammā 'ātāhumā ṣāliḥan jaʻalā lahu shurakā'a fīmā 'ātāhumā . fataʻālā-llahu ʻammā yush'rikūna
But when He giveth them a goodly child, they ascribe to others a share in the gift they have received: but Allah is exalted high above the partners they ascribe to Him.

But when Allah gave them a good child, some gave credit to others besides Him for what He had given; Allah is far above what they associate with Him.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Who should get the credit for a healthy child?"
Put on Saud Al-Shuraim's Al-A'raf from Zibari100 and follow along for a little while.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did some do after receiving the child?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why is it wrong to credit others for Allah's gifts?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-A'raf is surah 7. Find ayah 190. Some people forget that every child is a gift from Allah and give credit to others. All good is from Allah alone.
Fact: Find An-Nahl 16:53: every blessing you have is from Allah.
Ages 5–8: Credit Allah. Say alhamdulillah for your family.
Ages 9–12: Credit. Write why all blessings are from Allah.
Finish with: "Every blessing is from ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will say alhamdulillah for my family daily."
Action: Say alhamdulillah for your family daily.
