69:7Al-Haqqah
Juz 29 · Page 566سَخَّرَهَا عَلَيْهِمْ سَبْعَ لَيَالٍۢ وَثَمَٰنِيَةَ أَيَّامٍ حُسُومًۭا فَتَرَى ٱلْقَوْمَ فِيهَا صَرْعَىٰ كَأَنَّهُمْ أَعْجَازُ نَخْلٍ خَاوِيَةٍۢ
How to read it
Sakhkharahā ʻalay'him' sab'ʻa layālin wathamāniyata 'ayyāmin ḥussūman fatarāl-qaw'ma fīhā ṣar'ʻā ka'annahum' 'aʻ'jāzu nakh'lin khāwiyatin
He made it rage against them seven nights and eight days in succession: so that thou couldst see the (whole) people lying prostrate in its (path), as they had been roots of hollow palm-trees tumbled down!
