4-I guide
'Ad were destroyed by a howling, icy wind that would not stop.
Start with bismillah.
Blow on a paper strip, then wave a big book at it. Ask: "What makes wind stronger?"
Watch the Little School video Winds.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What kind of wind came to 'Ad?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Where does wind get its strength?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Haqqah is surah 69. Find ayah 6. The key words rihin sarsarin 'atiyah mean a roaring, freezing wind out of control. 'Ad were proud of their strength. Wind is just moving air, yet by Allah's command it can be gentle or overwhelming.
Fact: What is the Beaufort scale used for?
Ages 5–8: Wind sock. Tie a paper strip to a stick and watch how it moves on a windy day.
Ages 9–12: Wind scale. Draw the Beaufort scale from calm to hurricane with a picture for each level.
Finish with: "I found that the Beaufort scale measures ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will use my strength to help someone, not to show off."
Action: Use your strength to help someone, not to show off.
