4-I guide
The mindful will have gardens full of delight with their Lord.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What's the difference between the ruined garden and the gardens promised here?"
Watch the Free School video The Power of Water for Kids.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who will have gardens of delight?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What will make Jannah's gardens different from any garden here?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Qalam is surah 68. Find ayah 34. The key words jannatin-na'im mean gardens of delight, and 'inda rabbihim means with their Lord. The owners' garden was lost in one night. The gardens of the mindful will never be lost. Water shapes beautiful valleys and waterfalls here, a tiny hint of Jannah's rivers.
Fact: How does water carve waterfalls and valleys?
Ages 5–8: Garden of good. Draw a garden. Each flower is a good deed you can do.
Ages 9–12: Two gardens. Compare the ruined garden of the story with the gardens promised to the mindful.
Finish with: "I found that water carves valleys by ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will plant one good deed every day."
Action: Plant one good deed every day.
