قُلْ إِنَّمَا ٱلْعِلْمُ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَإِنَّمَآ أَنَا۠ نَذِيرٌۭ مُّبِينٌۭ
Qul' 'innamā l-ʻil'mu ʻinda -llahi wa'innamā 'anā nadhīrun mmubīnun
Say: "As to the knowledge of the time, it is with Allah alone: I am (sent) only to warn plainly in public."

Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What does a lighthouse do for ships at night?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who knows when the Day will come?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why didn't Allah tell even the Prophet the date?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Mulk is surah 67. Find ayah 26. The key words nadhirun mubin mean a clear warner. The Prophet didn't know the date of the Last Day; his job was to warn clearly. A lighthouse doesn't stop storms; it glows to keep sailors away from the rocks.
Fact: What is a Fresnel lens, and why do lighthouses use one?
Ages 5–8: Torch lighthouse. Shine a torch in a dark room and guide a toy boat to "shore".
Ages 9–12: Light patterns. Find out how ships tell lighthouses apart by their flash patterns.
Finish with: "I found that a Fresnel lens ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will be a good example for a younger child."
Action: Be a good example for a younger child.
