أَمَّنْ هَٰذَا ٱلَّذِى هُوَ جُندٌۭ لَّكُمْ يَنصُرُكُم مِّن دُونِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ۚ إِنِ ٱلْكَٰفِرُونَ إِلَّا فِى غُرُورٍ
'Amman' hādhā -lladhī huwa jundun llakum' yanṣurukum mmin dūni rraḥ'māni . 'ini l-kāfirūna 'illā fī ghurūrin
Nay, who is there that can help you, (even as) an army, besides (Allah) Most Merciful? In nothing but delusion are the Unbelievers.

Besides the Most Merciful, no army can help you, and the deniers are only deceived.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Did you know your body has its own army?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who is the real helper?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Who protects me when I'm asleep or don't even know I'm in danger?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Mulk is surah 67. Find ayah 20. The key word jundun means an army. People trust in armies and power, but only Allah truly protects. Even the "army" of white blood cells inside us was made by Allah and works by His command.
Fact: What do white blood cells do?
Ages 5–8: Germ busters. Wash your hands for 20 seconds while singing, to help your body's army.
Ages 9–12: Body defenders. List three ways the body protects itself (skin, mucus, white blood cells).
Finish with: "I found that white blood cells ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will ask Allah for protection each morning."
Action: Ask Allah for protection each morning.
