Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Who really sends the rain and makes the seeds grow?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Mulk is surah 67. Find ayah 21. The key word rizqahu means His provision. Farmers plant, drivers carry and shops sell, but only Allah sends the rain, the sunshine and the life in each seed.

Ages 5–8: Food journey. Draw the journey of one food from farm to your plate.

Ages 9–12: Thank-you list. List everyone who helped one meal reach you, then thank Allah who made it possible.

Finish with: "I found that bread goes through ___ steps."

• Which name of Allah does this remind you of?
• How can we thank the people who grow our food?
• How can we share food with those who have less?
• What would you like to ask about this ayah?
