هُوَ ٱلَّذِى جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلْأَرْضَ ذَلُولًۭا فَٱمْشُوا۟ فِى مَنَاكِبِهَا وَكُلُوا۟ مِن رِّزْقِهِۦ ۖ وَإِلَيْهِ ٱلنُّشُورُ
Huwa -lladhī jaʻala lakumu l-'ar'ḍa dhalūlan fa-m'shū fī manākibihā wakulū min rriz'qihī . wa'ilay'hi nnushūru
It is He Who has made the earth manageable for you, so traverse ye through its tracts and enjoy of the Sustenance which He furnishes: but unto Him is the Resurrection.

Allah made the earth easy for you, so walk its paths and eat His provision; to Him is the return.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Why can't people live on Mars or Venus?"
Watch the National Geographic video Goldilocks.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did Allah make the earth for us?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What makes the earth just right for us?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Mulk is surah 67. Find ayah 15. The key word dhalulan means tame and easy to use. Earth is the right distance from the Sun, with air, water and solid ground. Allah made it gentle for us to walk on, farm and travel, and one day we return to Him.
Fact: What is the "Goldilocks zone"?
Ages 5–8: Earth gifts. Draw five things the earth gives us (water, food, paths, air, homes).
Ages 9–12: Just right. Compare Earth with Mars and Venus: temperature, air and water.
Finish with: "I found that the Goldilocks zone is ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will go for a walk and thank Allah for the earth."
Action: Go for a walk and thank Allah for the earth.
