فَإِن كَذَّبُوكَ فَقُل رَّبُّكُمْ ذُو رَحْمَةٍۢ وَٰسِعَةٍۢ وَلَا يُرَدُّ بَأْسُهُۥ عَنِ ٱلْقَوْمِ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ
Fa'in kadhdhabūka faqul rrabbukum' dhū raḥ'matin wāssiʻatin walā yuraddu ba''suhu ʻani l-qaw'mi l-muj'rimīna
If they accuse thee of falsehood, say: "Your Lord is full of mercy all-embracing; but from people in guilt never will His wrath be turned back.

If they deny you, say that your Lord's mercy is vast, but His punishment will not be turned away from those who persist in wrongdoing.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How wide is Allah's mercy?"
Sit somewhere quiet and play the reciter's recitation of ayat 141–150 from Tajweed Quran. Raise a hand when you think this ayah begins.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "How is Allah's mercy described?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why mention mercy first?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-An'am is surah 6. Find ayah 147. Even to deniers, the first message is Allah's wide mercy, an invitation to return. This ayah mentions, in one calm line, that persisting in wrong has consequences.
Fact: In Ghafir 40:7, the angels say Allah encompasses all things in mercy and knowledge.
Ages 5–8: Big mercy. Stretch your arms wide and say 'Allah's mercy is bigger'.
Ages 9–12: Mercy first. Write why the Qur'an often starts with mercy.
Finish with: "Allah's mercy is ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will say astaghfirullah and remember Allah's mercy."
Action: Say astaghfirullah and remember Allah's mercy.
