4-I guide
Besides these two, there are two more gardens.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How many layers does a rainforest have?"
Watch the Smithsonian's National Zoo video I Wonder - What are the layers of a rainforest?
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "How many gardens has the surah now mentioned?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why are there different levels of gardens?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ar-Rahman is surah 55. Find ayah 62. The key words min dunihima mean besides those two. Many scholars explain that the first two gardens are for the foremost and these two for the people of the right. A rainforest has layers, from the forest floor to the tall emergent trees. Jannah also has levels, and every level is wonderful.
Fact: Which animals live high up in the rainforest canopy?
Ages 5–8: Layer tower. Stack four boxes and draw a rainforest layer on each one.
Ages 9–12: Layer life. Pick one animal for each rainforest layer and explain why it lives there.
Finish with: "I found that ___ live in the canopy."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will add one extra good deed to my day."
Action: Add one extra good deed to your day.
