4-I guide
Doing good is repaid with nothing less than good.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Can one small act of kindness spread to many people?"
Watch the Velvet Grain kids TV video The Ripple Effect of Kindness.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What is the reward for doing good?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Does good always come back?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ar-Rahman is surah 55. Find ayah 60. The key word al-ihsan means doing things beautifully, with excellence. When we do good, Allah rewards it with good, and often far more. All the gifts of Jannah described before this ayah are the good returned for good.
Fact: What does "ihsan" mean?
Ages 5–8: Good returns. Do a kind act and notice how people respond.
Ages 9–12: Ihsan in action. Choose one everyday job and do it with excellence, not just "done".
Finish with: "I found that ihsan means ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will do my homework or chores with ihsan, carefully and beautifully."
Action: Do your homework or chores with ihsan, carefully and beautifully.
