فِيهِنَّ قَٰصِرَٰتُ ٱلطَّرْفِ لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٌۭ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَآنٌّۭ
Fīhinna qāṣirātu ṭṭar'fi lam' yaṭ'mith'hunna 'insun qab'lahum' walā jānnun
In them will be (Maidens), chaste, restraining their glances, whom no man or Jinn before them has touched;-

In the gardens are modest companions who lower their gaze, pure and untouched.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What does respecting someone's personal space look like?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "How are the companions of Jannah described?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why is modesty a beautiful quality?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ar-Rahman is surah 55. Find ayah 56. The key words qasirat at-tarf mean those who keep their gaze lowered. Allah made pure and modest companions for the people of Jannah. Modesty and respect are beautiful qualities we can practise now: giving people space, knocking before entering and looking away from what is not ours.
Fact: What are some ways to respect other people's personal space?
Ages 5–8: Bubble space. Imagine a bubble around each person and practise asking before you come close.
Ages 9–12: Respect rules. Write five rules for respecting others' privacy at home and school.
Finish with: "I found that one way to respect space is ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will knock and ask before entering someone's room."
Action: Knock and ask before entering someone's room.
