This is Hell, which the wrongdoers used to call a lie.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What happens inside a volcano before it erupts?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did the wrongdoers deny?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why do some people not believe in the Hereafter?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ar-Rahman is surah 55. Find ayah 43. The key word jahannam is the name of the Fire. A volcano can look quiet for years, yet heat is building deep inside. Some people ignored Allah's warnings because they could not see the Hereafter. This ayah is mentioned once, gently, so we take the warning seriously while there is time.
Fact: How do scientists know when a volcano might erupt?
Ages 5–8: Volcano model. With an adult, make a small volcano with baking soda and vinegar.
Ages 9–12: Warning signs. List the signs scientists watch for before an eruption.
Finish with: "I found that scientists watch for ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will make du'a each night for Allah to protect me from the Fire."
Action: Make du'a each night for Allah to protect you from the Fire.
