4-I guide
He taught the human to explain and speak clearly.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Which parts of your body work together when you talk?"
Watch the Operation Ouch video Learn About the Soft Palate.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did Allah teach the human being?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why can people speak in so many languages?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ar-Rahman is surah 55. Find ayah 4. The key word al-bayan means clear expression. Lungs push air, the voice box buzzes, and the tongue, lips and palate shape the sound into words. Allah gave us this gift so we can explain, ask, comfort and pray.
Fact: About how many languages are spoken in the world today?
Ages 5–8: Feel the buzz. Put your fingers gently on your throat and hum. Can you feel your voice box?
Ages 9–12: Five languages. Learn to say "thank you" in five languages.
Finish with: "I found that about ___ languages are spoken today."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will use my words to explain kindly instead of shouting."
Action: Use your words to explain kindly instead of shouting.
