4-I guide
He made the human being.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How many different systems are working inside your body right now?"
Watch the Smile and Learn video Human body organs for kids.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did Allah create?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why did Allah create people?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ar-Rahman is surah 55. Find ayah 3. The key word khalaqa means He created. Your heart pumps, your lungs breathe and your stomach digests, all at the same time, without you telling them. Each system is a gift from the One who made you.
Fact: What are three systems in the human body and what does each one do?
Ages 5–8: Body outline. Lie on paper while someone draws round you, then draw your heart, lungs and stomach inside.
Ages 9–12: Team work. Explain how two body systems work together, like the heart and lungs.
Finish with: "I found that the ___ system and the ___ system work together."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will drink water and move my body every day."
Action: Drink water and move your body every day.
