4-I guide
Soon We will turn to your account, O you two weighty groups.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How can scientists weigh something as big as the Earth?"
Watch the Inside Science video How Much Does Earth Weigh?
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who is Allah speaking to here?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why are humans and jinn called 'weighty'?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ar-Rahman is surah 55. Find ayah 31. The key word ath-thaqalan means the two weighty ones: humans and jinn. They are called weighty because they carry responsibility: they can choose, so they will be asked about their choices. Scientists can measure the Earth's weight, but Allah weighs our deeds.
Fact: About how much does the Earth weigh?
Ages 5–8: Heavy and light. Hold different objects and guess which is heavier, then check.
Ages 9–12: Choice weight. Write three choices you made today and whether they were heavy with good.
Finish with: "I found that the Earth weighs about ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will make one choice each day that I would be happy for Allah to see."
Action: Make one proud choice daily.
