4-I guide
Which of your Lord's kind gifts could you both possibly deny?
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Why do we need oxygen to stay alive?"
Watch the BrainStuff video Why Do We Need Oxygen To Survive?
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What do we ask Allah for without even noticing?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Who keeps the air full of oxygen?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ar-Rahman is surah 55. Find ayah 30. The key word ala' means favours. We breathe thousands of times a day without asking, and every breath brings oxygen to every cell. Plants and sea plankton keep refilling the air. This is one of the favours we need every single moment.
Fact: Which living things make most of the oxygen on Earth?
Ages 5–8: Breath count. Count your breaths in one minute, then say alhamdulillah.
Ages 9–12: Oxygen loop. Draw how oxygen moves between plants, animals and people.
Finish with: "I found that most oxygen is made by ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will plant or care for a plant that cleans the air."
Action: Plant or care for a plant that cleans the air.
