Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Qamar is surah 54. Find ayah 24. The key word basharan means a human being. Thamud said Salih was just an ordinary man like them, so why should they follow him? Pride and jealousy blocked them. Allah chooses His messengers, and a good message is worth following whoever brings it.
