The people of 'Ad also denied, so how serious were My punishment and warnings!
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What makes the wind blow?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Which people are mentioned now?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why did the people of 'Ad deny their messenger?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Qamar is surah 54. Find ayah 18. The key word 'Ad is the name of an ancient people. They were tall and strong and built great buildings, and they became proud. Their messenger, Prophet Hud, warned them, but they refused. The next ayat tell of a wind sent by Allah.
Fact: What causes wind?
Ages 5–8: Wind maker. Blow on a pinwheel softly and strongly. What changes?
Ages 9–12: Pride check. Write how being proud of strength can lead people to forget Allah.
Finish with: "I found that wind is caused by ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will use my strength to help someone."
Action: Use your strength to help someone.
