وَإِن يَرَوْا۟ كِسْفًۭا مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ سَاقِطًۭا يَقُولُوا۟ سَحَابٌۭ مَّرْكُومٌۭ
Wa 'in yaraw' kis'fan mmina ssamā'i sāqiṭan yaqūlū saḥābun mmar'kūmun
Were they to see a piece of the sky falling (on them), they would (only) say: "Clouds gathered in heaps!"

Even if they saw part of the sky falling, they would call it piled-up clouds.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Have you ever seen a shooting star?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What would the deniers say if part of the sky fell?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why do some people explain away every sign?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah At-Tur is surah 52. Find ayah 44. The key words sahabun markum mean clouds piled up. Some deniers had asked for a piece of the sky to fall as a sign. Allah says that even if it did, they would find an excuse. Rocks from space do fall as meteors. A stubborn heart can explain away anything.
Fact: What is the difference between a meteor and a meteorite?
Ages 5–8: Crater test. Drop pebbles into a tray of flour and look at the craters.
Ages 9–12: Excuse spotter. Write three excuses people make to avoid changing, and an honest answer to each.
Finish with: "I found that a meteorite is ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will name one sign of Allah I see each day."
Action: Name one sign of Allah you see each day.
