Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What word does the ayah use to praise Allah?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why can there be only one God?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah At-Tur is surah 52. Find ayah 43. The key word subhan means far above any fault or weakness. This ayah ends a long chain of questions starting with "or". Each question shows the deniers have no proof. The final answer is tawhid: there is no god but Allah.

Fact: How many questions starting with "or" (am in Arabic) can you count in ayat 30 to 43?

Ages 5–8: One finger. Raise one finger and say "Allah is One" each time you finish a task today.

Ages 9–12: Question chain. Count the "or" questions in ayat 30–43 and write a one-line answer to each.

Finish with: "I found ___ questions starting with or."
