4-I guide
Is this magic, or are you unable to see?
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Have you ever seen a picture that tricked your eyes?"
Watch the TED-Ed video How optical illusions trick your brain.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What two questions are the deniers asked?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can we tell a trick from something real?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah At-Tur is surah 52. Find ayah 15. The key word sihr means magic. In this world, the deniers called the Prophet's message magic. On the Day, the truth will be so clear that no one can call it a trick. Optical illusions fool our eyes for a moment, but the truth stays true.
Fact: Why do optical illusions trick our brains?
Ages 5–8: Illusion hunt. Look at an illusion and then check it with a ruler.
Ages 9–12: Real or trick? Make a quiz of five pictures and ask your family to guess which are illusions.
Finish with: "I found that illusions trick us because ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will check facts before I believe or share them."
Action: Check facts before you believe or share them.
