4-I guide
This is the Fire you used to say was not real.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Why does a smoke alarm make such a loud noise?"
Watch the KFRS Kids video Be Safe With Us - Smoke Alarms.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What had these people said about the Fire?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why do some people ignore warnings even when they are clear?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah At-Tur is surah 52. Find ayah 14. The key word tukadhdhibun means you used to deny. A smoke alarm warns us early so we can get to safety. Allah's messengers warned people clearly and kindly. Those who laughed at the warning will see that it was true.
Fact: How often should smoke alarms be tested?
Ages 5–8: Alarm check. With a grown-up, press the test button on a smoke alarm at home.
Ages 9–12: Safety plan. Draw your home's escape plan with two ways out of each room.
Finish with: "I found that smoke alarms should be tested ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will thank someone who reminded me to be careful."
Action: Thank someone who reminded you to be careful.
