4-I guide
And We spread out the earth, and how well We prepared it.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How big do you think the Earth really is?"
Watch the Magic Adventures video How Big Is the Earth?
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did Allah do with the earth?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why is the earth just right for us to live on?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Adh-Dhariyat is surah 51. Find ayah 48. The key word farashnaha means We spread it out like a bed. The earth is round, yet it feels flat and wide beneath our feet, ready for walking, farming and building. Allah prepared it well for us.
Fact: How far is it all the way around the Earth?
Ages 5–8: Carpet earth. Spread a blanket on the floor and list what makes the earth comfortable like a bed.
Ages 9–12: Just right. List five ways the earth is prepared for life, like air, water and gravity.
Finish with: "I found that the distance around Earth is about ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will pick up litter in one outdoor space."
Action: Pick up litter in one outdoor space.
