فَوَرَبِّ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ إِنَّهُۥ لَحَقٌّۭ مِّثْلَ مَآ أَنَّكُمْ تَنطِقُونَ
Fawarabbi ssamā'i wal-'ar'ḍi 'innahu laḥaqqun mmith'la mā 'annakum' tanṭiqūna
Then, by the Lord of heaven and earth, this is the very Truth, as much as the fact that ye can speak intelligently to each other.

By the Lord of the sky and earth, this is as true as the fact that you speak.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How do your mouth and throat make words?"
Watch the Why Does video How Do We Talk?
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What does Allah compare the truth of His promise to?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why is speaking such an amazing gift?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Adh-Dhariyat is surah 51. Find ayah 23. The key word tantiqun means you speak. You are completely sure that you can talk; you do it every day. Allah says His promise is just as certain. Speech is a gift: air, vocal cords, tongue and lips all work together to make words.
Fact: What part of your throat vibrates when you speak?
Ages 5–8: Feel the buzz. Put your hand on your throat and hum, then whisper. What changes?
Ages 9–12: Sound map. Draw how air travels from lungs to lips when you say a word.
Finish with: "I found that when I speak, my ___ vibrates."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will use my voice to say one kind thing to each person at home."
Action: Say one kind thing to each person.
