4-I guide
In the sky is your provision and what you are promised.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How does rain turn into the food on your plate?"
Watch the BoBo Kids English video How Does Rain Happen?
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What two things are in the sky?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How does rain from the sky become bread on my table?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Adh-Dhariyat is surah 51. Find ayah 22. The key word rizqukum means your provision. Scholars say rain is a big part of this: it falls from the sky, grows crops, and becomes food. Our provision is decided by Allah, so we work hard and trust Him.
Fact: How many litres of water does it take to grow the wheat for one loaf of bread?
Ages 5–8: Rain to bread. Draw a chain from rain to wheat to flour to bread.
Ages 9–12: Rain gauge. Make a rain gauge from a bottle and measure rainfall for a week.
Finish with: "I found that one loaf of bread needs about ___ litres of water."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will not waste any food on my plate."
Action: Not waste any food on your plate.
