Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What distracts you most when you are trying to focus?"
Watch the Little Hearts Wellbeing video The Gift of Focus.

Ages 5–8: Focus game. Stare at a candle or a leaf for one minute without looking away.
Ages 9–12: Distraction diary. Write down what distracts you during homework for three days.
Finish with: "I found that children can focus for about ___."

Talk together:

Action: Put away screens before each salah.
